Training young talents has allways been the core business of our team and lately we have been very lucky with several 50+ maxes.
Jens Wolfs is the most recent example and we're very happy with the final result. He will be very usefull for many seasons to come and allready has XP level 4 at a very young age. He will be mainly used as a windbreaker and a great teammate in allround races and probably will have his chance to get some glory himself in specific races.
He allready scored some points at a very high level while being a teammate which shows his potential if the squad would be working completely for him.
There will be a new talent trained next season who's going to replace good old Monroe as an LO1. His potentials are very promising, so we're looking forward to another high max to strengthen our young squad even more.
Next week we will participate in the most prestigious Tour of all and we're very curious to see how our squad will do at this toplevel against the best sprinters in the world.
Exciting times!

I'm not complaining. :P It definitely beats buying trained riders though. Much more fun.
Gijp and Oosterhof both ending up on the podium would be a nice scenario. ;)
Lucky bastard ;) your doing great mate, team is looking good! I am hoping that Gijp will finish before Oosterhof tough :)
